I look forward to the Dharma talk every Sunday and truly appreciate everything TBC offers. It’s a peaceful, welcoming place filled with genuinely kind people. ❤️

I have been to the Temple three times now. The minute I walked in the door I felt at peace. The people I met I felt like I’ve known my whole life. I have found a new home. Patrick Straley.

TBC truly changed my life. Although I no longer live in Kansas City, I carry the teachings I received here with me every day. I’ll never forget my first meditation at TBC—it was the first time I felt a sense of ease after weeks of anxiety. That experience opened a door, and now that feeling of ease is something I live with consistently. I'm deeply grateful to the teachers and the community at TBC. It was the highlight of my time in KC, and its impact continues to shape my life. You don’t need to be a Buddhist to benefit from TBC. There’s no pressure to believe in anything specific—they simply offer guidance and support on your journey toward greater peace, awareness, and well-being.

I’ve been attending the dharma talks every Sunday for about two months now- it’s a very welcoming environment and if you’re a beginner in your practice or more advanced, you’ll enjoy the experience regardless. So grateful to have this pocket of peace like this in KC

The Sunday service is the best hour of my week. The meditation and teachings bring me back to myself and hep me get through the journey ahead. Great for those new to Buddhism and for those who have studied it for years. There is always a new way to think about things. Since I started contributing monthly I feel more a part of the community. Only complaint is sometimes volume is not set high enough for comfortable listening no matter how I adjust the volume on my laptop especially if a guest is a softalker. Namaste
