I have been taking classes at Inner Space for two years. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the energy...it’s warm, welcoming, and radiates peace. The space itself is absolutely beautiful, and it really feels like a sacred place to move, breathe, and reconnect. The classes are amazing. There is such a great variety, and every teacher I’ve met is so genuine and really knows their craft. I go weekly for Tai Chi/Qi Gong and have also tried 5Rhythms, Kung Fu, and sound baths. Every single one has been a wonderful experience. Honestly, I’d take every class they offer and go every day if I could. I love this place so much; it's a gem in KC.

Best yoga studio I've ever visited. Super comfortable as a not super athletic person. I needed some somatic / healing movement stuff / wanted it from a social space and they delivered. Thanks so much

Sometimes yoga can be really intimidating. Especially if you are a beginner or not very good at yoga like myself. The staff at Inner Space yoga immediately made me feel at ease and confident in my abilities. I really loved the sweat and reset session. I did not realize how tight some of my muscles were until that class. Afterwards I felt so much better! Highly recommend stopping by and trying out any of their amazing classes!

I was in town visiting KC for the first time and noticed this place was nearby my Airbnb. I took the Sunday yoga fundamentals and also the morning tonic class, and both classes were phenomenal! A welcoming, thoughtful community. Both teachers were fantastic - kind, genuine and knowledgeable practitioners. KC is lucky to have this space! If you’re in KC, don’t hesitate to go!!

I love Inner Space!! I had only ever practiced yoga at home and was very nervous to attend public classes, but every teacher here is so kind, understanding, and creative. Shout out to Laura Frank for the candle lit evening yoga! Every class feels different and fresh, and it’s always somehow exactly what I need. I think it’s magic! Also, it always smells SO good there.
