Top notch Customer Service!! Everyone we spoke with and dealt with at Texas Body & Frame were amazing! They kept us informed on the work being done and they made sure we stayed on top of how long we could keep our rental car. In a world overrun by corporate greed, Texas Body and Frame stepped up and showed me how important it is for our community to have a local, privately owned businesses in our city. After the storm we had in early June 2025, my car needed to be assessed for hail damage. Allstate sent me a suggested list of companies to use. Gerber was top of the list and really close to the house, so I picked them. Two weeks later, I reached out to Heath at Texas Body and Frame, and they are doing in 24 hours what Gerber could not do in 14 days: get an estimate of damages sent to my insurance company. I truly appreciate their great service. So if you’re looking to get an estimate or need a repair, I highly recommend them.

4/10 can’t really recommend Dropped my car off and was told it would take 4 or 5 “working days” to get it fixed. It took 11 “working days” and that doesn’t include the 4 weekend days they had my car as well. My issue is that I went in a week earlier so they could order the parts and get things accelerated hoping I wouldn’t be without a car for too long of a times, but that didn’t happen. Not to mention, they don’t keep you updated on what’s going on with your car. 9 “working days” in to them having my car I had to call them to find out they weren’t finished and weren’t going to be finished for a few more days. The communication from them is trash in regard to what’s going on with your car. Photos are before and after of what they fixed. I’d say they did a good job, but it’s literally their job. So they get zero love from me on that front.

So glad to have my baby back, she looks amazing like it never happened! These guys were amazing Heath and the head guy in the office were genuinely nice guys great customer service answered all my questions and kept me updated quite often. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone.
