These guys rock! Was looking for old Kayak parts on a Pelican Kayak and they were quick to respond with the needed items. Enjoyed the interaction and it was a quick turnaround. Will be using in the future for my other kayak needs.

I live in Ohio and ordered a new Pelican seat pad for my kayak after the original one got destroyed. I called the store because I didn't know if the business was legit (found the item online) and the employee that answered my call was amazing. Shipping was fast, got it in under a week and it fits beautifully. Thank you guys for amazing customer service and fast shipping. I will definitely be shopping from your business again!

Update: Changed rating to 4 from 1 since they processed the refund immediately but I couldn't do higher since the product they sent out was old and the whole process wasted weeks. Rating a one star for sending out 4 year old stock that had most of the glue dried up which caused a big job of taking off what did stick on the one I tried. Shame on me for not looking closer on dates or condition since first time using site. I will update rating and experience if or when I hear back from my request for new stock replacement of full refund. Pics included.

I have an older model canoe, after searching the web. TG Water sports was my only option. One of my seats was broke beyond use. Measurements weren't exactly the same as the one tg had. Hard ordering on the internet, not knowing if things will fit. I was doubting purchasing. But then saw their phone number. I'm west coast time zone. They still picked up in the evening. The guy was very knowledgeable, told me the seat would fit. Just might need to move it a bit and drill new holes. He also asked about seat supports. My canoe has never had them. I also needed new ends with handles. His suggestion fit perfect as well. Even though it looked no were near the old one. So nice ordering online, but having a person to call. You can't find that anymore. I knew once I ordered this was a 5 star business, waited till I installed the parts to review. I highly recommend them.

I went in there today, looking for some information and honestly just browsing despite not having any intent to spend money. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. Made me feel like I would definitely recommend coming back here. They said they had a sister store for 2a products. After teaching me where I can go fishing, In Tucson they gave me a warm goodbye. Please go stop in and show them some love.
