It truly doesn’t get better than The Athletic Body. Coach Kelly and Coach Hoop feel like family — even after just a few months of training. I’ve never felt more welcomed in a class or seen such incredible results. Coach is an artist - his workouts are absolutely amazing, they ramp up in such a unique and creative way and are so much fun. i've started lifting heavier because of Coach and have much more cardio stamina now. Best workout in LA.
I've been going to Athletic Body for the last few months or so and keep finding myself going back. I originally found them on ClassPass, as I was looking to add more Strength Training to my exercises. Coach Hoop and Coach Kelly never pushed me once to sign up with them - there is no sales pitch here which I loved! They are incredibly accommodating, nice, and kick your ass in a workout. Highly recommend this gem.
Really enjoyed my first workout session with Athletic body! You get your own workstation complete with everything you will need for the session. The gym is very clean and all the equipment is new and looks state of the art. They give you a proper and much needed stretch and cool down before/after the session, and they correct your form and help with the exercises throughout the session. I haven’t been to other classes yet but apparently they switch out the type of exercises you do daily so you get to workout all different parts of your body. Looking forward to going back and trying a few more classes!
