I truly went with this supplier because their professionalism .. they sent me my order and shorted it .. I’ve called twice only to be promised the remaining item.. never received so I’m returning all other products and going to new supplier be aware they are playing games I was sent an empty box really sad that they couldn’t fulfill my order and playin some kind of joke…

I had the best experience from start to finish at Technogym specifically with Justin. He is amazing. He is super responsive and has white glove customer service. He was there the day of my installation and I am thrilled. The installation team was first class as well. Peter is amazing and really well versed on the product. It is an a plus operation. Can’t wait to hop on my Artis Vario machine every morning and watch my favorite Netflix show will toning up!
