I wanted to give a big shoutout to Alex. We visited the store in January and Alex was super helpful. I believe Technogym should be very happy to have him. He is passionate, knowledgeable, warm and friendly. Give this man a raise! 😁

I had the best experience from start to finish at Technogym specifically with Justin. He is amazing. He is super responsive and has white glove customer service. He was there the day of my installation and I am thrilled. The installation team was first class as well. Peter is amazing and really well versed on the product. It is an a plus operation. Can’t wait to hop on my Artis Vario machine every morning and watch my favorite Netflix show will toning up!

I was on a vacation recently and stumbled upon Technogym equipment...from the moment I returned home to LA I could not stop thinking about the fantastic workouts I had and decided to treat myself and my workouts to a Technogym Skillmill. The unique experience is unlike any stair climber, treadmill or bike workout I have ever done. I am anxiously awaiting delivery next week and the entire process has been a breeze. Justin has been my sales rep and wow, he has been communicative, straightforward and easy to work with. I cannot wait to be off and running...literally! Thanks Technogym!

Justin at the Beverly Hills location was incredibly helpful and stayed in contact with me until my cycle was delivered. The cycle is very easy to set up and connect with an iPad and works really well. It’s exactly what I was looking for!

Horrible. I paid $9000 for the Unica Multi Gym. Delivery was rushed as they had several to do that day (I heard them complaining). In the end there was a missing bolt. Using the machine I heard noises from the weight stack and had to remove a panel to investigate. There were cable installation instructions stuck behind the stack. The machine was pretty dirty with dust and fingerprints. I have been calling tech support for a week trying to get the missing bolt shipped to me. The sales rep, my only contact, had no power to do anything but pass it on to the "after sales team." Finally they said it would go out next day and I could expect it in a week! You would expect a 2 day ship after all that. I will never buy another piece of equipment from this company. Once they had my money I was left to fend for myself with no support. Not even a return phone call or god forbid they should maybe email me an apology.
