I recently reached my 500 class milestone at Bar Method Houston Memorial. I don't think I've ever done 500 of anything before! But I keep coming back to Bar Method because it works. It keeps me strong, flexible and pain free, and I have never injured myself in any of the classes (which I often do in other sorts of classes). The workout is highly structured and there is enough technical detail and challenge to keep my attention for 500 classes. Looking forward to 500 more.
