I am visiting and found the Atrium Yoga studio close to where I am staying. The studio is lovely. It’s on the second floor and has an elevator for anyone who is in need as well as a very well lit, comfortable Atmosphere.

Plus, she was very prepared with expertly created materials to help us better understand and tweak our own personal narrative.
