I’ve been going to Motiv Fitness and have had a great experience so far. The flexible class times are perfect for my schedule, especially after work and on weekends. I’ve tried cycle, barre, and trampoline classes, and all have been fun and challenging in the best way. Ada and Kylee are incredibly motivating, knowledgeable, and bring such positive energy to every class — their coaching style makes the workouts both effective and genuinely enjoyable. While I haven’t had the chance to take many classes with the other instructors yet, everyone I’ve met has been welcoming and professional, and I’m sure the rest of the team is just as great. Overall, Motiv Fitness has been a wonderful place to work out. The atmosphere is friendly, the classes are well run, and the variety makes it easy to stay engaged. The combination of great instructors, convenient scheduling, and fun class formats has made this studio a perfect fit for my routine. I love the instructors at Motiv! Jane McCullough and Ada Bishop always have a smile when you enter! You can feel their enthusiasm! They make you feel super welcome and push everyone at their level of challenge, you end up sweating so much. It’s great
Define Body is absolutely fantastic! Everything from customer service to the quality of their classes are great! All the members are very friendly and the staff is super welcoming. They always respond quickly to email requests and are very flexible and put the customer first. I've literally never been to a gym that treats their members this well. On top of the great management, they also have unique classes such as the trampoline bounce class. Believe it or not, it's even more fun than it looks in the photos! Best cardio work out ever!
