Troy and his team are awesome. I’ve rented bounce houses before, and I’ve never had someone be so intentional with their setup up process. Their attention to detail and cleanliness is next level. This was, by far, the cleanest bounce house I’ve ever experienced. Troy even tried to save me money by suggesting we use an outlet instead of the generator we already paid for, but the park we were at didn’t allow it. The bounce house party is our new go-to rental company. Thanks y’all!

Such a great party! Troy and his team were fantastic; communicative, and friendly. They helped navigate a few site hurdles - no sweat. It was a memorable New Years, and the kids had a blast! We will absolutely hire The Bounce House Party team again.

Troy was incredibly responsive and informative from the pre-booking process through our rental day. The purple bounce house castle we requested was well cared for and seemingly pristine. It really was super cute and my kiddos loved their special day. Troy and his team at the Bounce House Party made our experience for our son’s birthday so seamless and easy, and of course the kids had a ball. These guys had awesome communication and were serious about safety, and they were very efficient. When I thought my son might be coming down with something and we might have had to reschedule with short notice, Troy worked with us to ensure we would find a solution, (although we didn’t change it after all). We would highly recommend The Bounce House Party and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again! Thanks Troy!
