I highly recommend Jeff Radike! During an extremely volatile divorce, he handled every interaction with grace, professionalism, and genuine kindness. From the very beginning, he set realistic expectations, explained the process clearly, and followed up with care. His deep understanding of the system, including his experience with the Friend of the Court, was invaluable, particularly when it came to thoughtful child custody guidance. He has an exceptional ability to explain complex matters without ever making you feel overwhelmed or uninformed. From my first nervous visit to his office, he met me with empathy and calmness. He is both an excellent lawyer and a truly good person.

I would use caution when retaining Stephanie Kerkstra. She comes highly recommended and has a reputation of high standards and quality of work - which I am sure she has earned over her career! However, unfortunately she didn’t handle our case with as much care. Taking multiple vacations during my case (which wouldn’t be insult to injury, had she done her job well) and neglecting very basic yet important research to confirm the assurance she provided us of promising outcomes. Which resulted to be false and misleading. Thousands of dollars were very pointlessly spent in our case. All to say, winning understandably isn’t promised - but an attorneys due diligence to ensure legal accuracy in front of a judge on your behalf should be.
