When I first learned about the Camp from a friend, I wasn’t sure I would be able to do it. I have always been intimidated about going to a gym because I wasn’t comfortable in my own skin and always assumed and the fit people working out would judge me. But this was not the case at all at The Camp. There are people of of shapes, sizes and age who are taking the workout class and breaking a sweat right along side you. The energy of the Camp is unlike a traditional gym. The best time to go is in the mornings. The trainers play upbeat and energetic music that helps you keep the rhythm of the exercises. The athletic trainers are great and can tailor the workouts individually if necessary while still delivering the heart rate necessary to burn calories. The front office staff is really friendly and always super helpful, answering any and all question you may have.
Highly recommend The Camp! The trainers are fun and encouraging. It is absolutely possible to be successful in this challenge if you stay consistent! It’s worth the reward!

I strongly recommend this camp to anyone ready to make a change. How drastic is up to you. The training staff is here to support and encourage you every step of the way. I appreciate all the trainers getting there at 4:00Am everyday. Schedules work for all work peeps. Just make the choice to start. My first challenge helped me shed 35lbs.
