What a phenomenal workout! I was shaking feeling so many new muscles engage. The North studio is gorgeous! Yvette is an amazing instructor, she took the time to correct my form as I’m a newbie and it made such a difference! Can’t wait to come back :)

Finding a studio that makes me feel comfortable to show up as myself has been so rewarding. All of the instructors look different in size and shape and so do the other clients I’ve taken class with. I love that in a few months I’ve found a workout that I really enjoy. This is the strongest I’ve ever been thanks to the absolutely wonderful instructors. My favorites are Noellia, Cate, Alyssa, Air and the newest instructor Robin.

The instructors are so motivating and make sure you feel comfortable while still pushing you to do your best.
