We just had a wonderful selling experience with Tom Deutsch of Coldwell Banker. Tom is a down-to-earth person that was a pleasure to deal with. He was exactly the type of personality that we were looking for in a real estate professional. Tom's knowledge and experience was instrumental in guiding us through the offer process as well as resolving all contingencies including inspection items. The Deutsch Team was helpful with marketing and closing activities, but I really appreciated their comfort and experience dealing with Trust/Estate issues. Tom and his team did a great job in selling our home. They set up open house dates and was proactive in determining prices and needed repairs and details needed for showings. Tom was always available to answer our questions. Tom advised us in how to respond to contracts and requests for repairs, He was there for us to explain details of what to expect from potential purchasers. Tom and his team made the whole process go smooth for us. Tom and his team were excellent!
