We do not live in St. Louis, but we decided to drive the 5 hours from our Arkansas home and purchased our wedding rings at The Diamond Shop, primarily because of their reputation for superior customer service, even though their reputation for superior quality is also well placed. . We couldn’t be happier. Almost 3 years after purchase, we needed repairs that we should have been responsible for. Nikki stepped in and stepped up and took care of all of it for us at no charge. She even shipped the repaired rings to us via overnight delivery at no cost to us. We will buy from the Diamond Shop again. Highly recommended. An enthusiastic 5 Stars!

Went in for an engagement consultation with Gil and it was fantastic. I had a good idea of what I was looking for and since they didn't have it readily available, they designed and made it custom. Incredibly reasonably priced, super fast and I felt comfortable every step of the way. Gil walked me through every step, pulled the stones I wanted to look at and was very transparent about the process. The communication was great throughout. I look forward to stopping in again!!

I originally went this place to get my engagement ring resized. It was so simple and easy decided to bring my fiancé here to see if we wanted to get our wedding bands here. It was such a great experience the customer service was amazing. We had our consultation with Kaalan and he was so helpful letting us figure out the perfect ring. I had a more unique idea for my wedding band and on the spot Gil let me see my options of what they could do. Was such a simple and easy process, we are both so happy and excited for how the rings turned out.

Top Notch service and excellent quality. Had work done to upgrade our ring. The process was completely explained after a thorough inspection of our custom jewelry. Once done we were notified immediately and we came in without an appointment. We were advised we could park in the back the next time we came in and utilized that information on a busy afternoon. This made visiting so easy. The staff greeted us like old friends and we were made comfortable. We tried on the ring now modified. The fit was perfect, the workmanship impeccable. We were quite amazed that you couldn’t tell the work was done. The store features a great and knowledgeable staff with many beautiful designs and styles of diamonds and jewelry. This has become our go-to jewelry store.

This is our second time visiting the Diamond Shop. We were very impressed on our first visit so we came back when the solitaire of my wedding set fell out. Luckily, I found the diamond. I was so impressed With the compassion and competence of their employees. The stone was immediately examined by their jeweler, who created a diagram with any infractions and taking measurements to identify the Stone for my protection. They discovered it had a tiny chip in it and asked me if it was insured, which it is. So now my insurance will cover the cost of having a diamond cutter smooth out the chip and replace the stone into its setting. I was a little stressed about the entire situation and the staff was kind and comforting, getting me a chair and some water so I could just relax before driving home. They have continued to keep me updated on the progress of the repair as well as took wonderful detailed photos of the ring and stone for insurance purposes. I can’t wait to get my ring back! They have earned a customer for life.
