Definitely not worth the money for a birthday party. The service was good. The entire staff is within the young adult range. They go above and beyond though! Very mannerly and attentive. The reason it’s only two stars is because when booking a birthday party. No matter what package you get it’s going to be a waste of money. The pizza was as thin as cardboard and tastes like it too! Then they give you these tiny cupcakes. Balloons in the party room. That are simple latex ones. You can’t take with you. Like it’s not even helium it’s latex….. they’re like 75cents per balloon???? The food here is terrible! Make sure you eat before you arrive to avoid a dangerous situation. The rides some didn’t have optimal access. Definitely don’t recommend this place. Very unorganized and overpriced. My children prefer Nickelodeon. It costs more but it’s worth it! Will be going there from now on. You get what you pay for!

I was happy to come here with my 8 year old and her best friend because I thought it was cute and out the way. To be honest I was not pleased with any of the ride attendants. Very young kids with no social skills. It was this way for multiple rides. One in specific made us wait in long just for when we got to the front to say we need shorts. There were two attendants. One of them could have made an announcement to the people waiting on line. This is a water park, I dont understand why do you need shorts on with a bathing suit. Even if that was the rule, it should be written will proper signs before getting on these rides. Another attendant for another ride made us wait for the next one, as we approached the line with zero people, and she was still loading only 2 people on. RIDICULOUS! The ride held about 12 people! Please train your staff too be more verbal and communicate well. Children or not, if they are old enough to operate rides, they should be old enough to speak us.

Funplex is the place that comes to mind when mentioning family orientated entertainment. First time I visited with my little one and we enjoyed ourselves. Tickets we purchases were for 6pm / later so we only paid $35/ person (convenience fee is charged after too around $7). This place is better than clementon park in my opinion. It is big enough that you have multiple water rides, dry rides, indoor arcade, indoor bowling, indoor and outdoor bars for adults and concession stands for good drinks and desserts. I highly recommend coming here to enjoy the time away from the daily stressors of life. Very affordable after 6pm and plenty of time to visit all it has to offer. Water park closes at 8pm, everything else closes at 11pm. 25 minutes driving from Cottman plaza in Philadelphia. We will be getting year long passes to save even more ❤️
