Being from San Francisco, we have a lot of options. So, when I spied this spot on Google I was hyped to give it a try. The wait time was short, and I didn't have a reservation because I was alone. The people working there are extremely friendly and welcoming, which was awesome. First I ordered an omelette with the grits, because hey' I'm in the south and that's what you do right? Plus my mom was from Knoxville and I grew up on them; first off they brought me potatoes instead, simple mistake, then my waitress said she wanted me to try both which I thought was sweet, but I knew I wouldn't eat them and I don't like wasting food. But anyway, I did get my grits and they were the most mediocre grits ever, and I was surprised by that, next the omelette was cooked perfectly and tasted good, just for the price was not enough food. and I also had a mimosa, but when I asked what kind they had I was disappointed because even the waitress said she wished that they had passion fruit or mango or something unique but o'well, just grape which was too sweet and cranberry, plus the standard OJ. A super cute place that has unlimited potential, will I go there again, probably, to give them one more shot. Plus while I'm in town for business I don't see many other options, which could be why the people here are so easy to please.
