Was blessed to have found Matt Kelderman of the Good Home Team to help us sell my brothers house in Ft Worth, TX. Living in Kansas it seemed like there were terrible obstacles but though it took us a long time to get all of our ducks in a row, Matt was patient and helpful all along the way, but once we finally were able to list the house the first offer he brought to us was accepted and closed more quickly and easily than I could even imagine in my wildest dreams.
