I have known Rachel & Lori at The Grapevine Agency since 2012. I moved to LA wanting to be a Personal Assistant to an A List Actor & I immediately reached out to their agency. They were then & still are at the top of the recruitment industry for entertainment & high net worth clients. You know those people you see on your film & tv screens? They go to Rachel & Lori when they are looking for employees because they are incredible at what they do. They really understand the client's needs & exactly what they're looking for in an employee. It's not just about having the skills to do the job, it's finding the right personality & vibe fit too. They also have the best candidates! (obvi bc I am one of them!) They really know their stuff & are so nice! I've worked with them to get positions & to find staff for the clients I've worked for. Whenever I reach out to them with a question about a posting or an update on a position they always promptly respond with an email or a call. They've even randomly checked in on me just to say hi & see how I'm doing. They truly care. They prep you for interviews, give you really good tips & just help you be the best possible candidate you can be to get the job you thrive in. I can't say enough good things about them. If you're a client looking for amazing employees or a job seeker with some experience hit them up. They staff Executive & Personal Assistants, Estate/House Managers, Housekeepers, Nannies & Chefs. The Grapevine truly is my favorite agency to look at when searching for a job. They have such high quality listings for those seeking a new position. Lori is exceptional at what she does. She’s refreshingly truthful in the best way, asking the questions that really get to the heart of the kind of work you want. Lori has even went as far as fixing my resume for me and having a 30 minute call discussing my ideal job so she can really understand what type of position I'm looking for. Because of her guidance, I feel confident that my dream job is out there- and I know she’s always keeping an eye out for opportunities that match my skills. Lori is seriously the best! She has such a great eye for finding jobs that are exactly what I’m looking for—every role she’s sent my way has been such a great fit.
