Humberto has a gift when addressing clipping my dogs nails. Having a great dane, I've tried to do this task myself with many failures. I found the Groom Shop thru Google reviews, and Humberto lives up to his high reviews. His rates are very reasonable too, money well spent! Thank you

We took our almost 8-month-old Goldendoodle puppy to see Humberto today for her first groom. I can’t say enough how grateful we are to Humberto and his amazing patience, calm demeanor and gentle touch to help guide a puppy through her first grooming. We heard his voice soothing her with frequent reminders that she was doing a good job, which of course made our dog parent hearts full. She looks and smells great and is a little more confident thanks to this experience. Thank you so much Humberto!!! We will for sure be returning and sending others to Groom Shop PDX.

Humberto did a fantastic job on our dog Buddy Rue! He was so gentle and kind to Buddy. Buddy has had previous grooming trauma but he seemed to really like Humberto. We will definitely be back.

Our 19 weeks goldendoodle puppy got his first groom here today and it turned out wonderful! Our puppy is skittish and timid when it’s his first time doing something so I was slightly worried he would panic. But Humberto did an amazing job and was calm with our pup and everything went smoothly and even got to trim our pup’s nails. Oh, and our puppy smelled Amazing after. Chef’s kiss!

We took our Maltipoo to The Groom Shop PDX for a full groom. When we got her home she was completely shutdown and terrified. She did not want to move or go to the bathroom. We soon realized he had cut her anus during grooming. He also shaved a large chunk of fur off near her ear and cut through her skin. Both areas required days of medical attention. She had a full trauma response (shaking all the time and not wanting to be touched). There is no way he didn’t know he cut her. Complete negligence. Should never have happened and should not have had to figure it ourselves. He should have been accountable for his mistakes.
