Karen and Shaley at Scratch N Sniff are amazing dog walkers and caregivers. We have two rescues with a little bit of baggage that sometimes have a hard time with other people but I think the honestly are more excited to see their walkers than us sometimes 😅. They are great with updates and extremely accommodating with our changing needs and schedules.

Shaley has been a pleasure to work with. She is a fantastic communicator, asked lots of questions to understand the needs of the dogs, and genuinely seems to care about our furry family members. When we went out of town, we received regular pictures, updates, and even a few thoughtful questions to get clarification about the overly complicated instructions we left for our pups - ha! Most importantly, Shaley made us feel confident that our dogs' needs were met and that they felt safe and loved while we were away. That kind of reassurance is worth more than the fee she charges and we are grateful to have found her.

We love Shaley! We have an older cat who feels quite lonely when we are away and we are so grateful to have Shaley take care of her! She's always been so professional and trustworthy, sends us photos of our dear cat and takes such sweet care of her! She responds promptly and is great at communicating. We feel completely at peace knowing that she is looking in on our cat when we are away. Thank you, Shaley!

Shaley is amazing! She has been the most flexible, reliable, kind and fun dog walker and sitter that we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She is always up for finding a solution no matter how last minute or difficult our requests are. Our dogs love her and are always excited to see her. Her extended team have been equally lovely. She also always shares pics of our pups which we love. We couldn’t recommend working with her enough!
