Decent gym, relatively clean and well priced for the city centre. It has all the equipment however not very high quality, limited to single adjustment/2d adjustment and weight plates are somewhat limited for heavier lifts such as the sled leg press. I have been to better gyms for the same price but this is adequate. A lot of people don't put their weights back or put them in the wrong places

Disgusting, filthy place. I used this gym for two days last week; it stinks of sweat (not nearly enough ventilation) and there are no wet wipes or sprays to clean the equipment after use, nor did I see any staff doing any cleaning. —Did these people learn nothing about basic, essential hygiene after two years of global lockdown?! Even before 2020 I had never visited a gym which didn't provide wipes! Two days after my last visit, I came down with flu so I won't be going back. The gym is big and very busy at all times. There is lots of equipment but the equipment isn't grouped logically and it's not in a good state of repair. The open-plan binary changing rooms are like a 1960's bording school and are not inclusive or in-keeping with the times. The showers were warm but the spray comes out in a cone shape so you have to keep moving back and forth, side to side, to get water on yourself. The showers also share a joint run off, so you'll be standing in the next person's dirty water while you're in there. The exit turnstiles were confusing because you don't use the keypad on the turnstile you want to exit through, you use the keypad on the next one over. 🤦

Been going to this gym for the past year. Excellent equipment and the fact that it’s open 24/7 is very convenient. Not much staff around though.

Been with the gym group for over a year now! Amazing place, always clean, friendly staff, well maintained! Classes are amazing, been doing rumble (boxing) with Kruger for months now. He’s the best coach I’ve ever had. Hope we can get some more classes cos there’s lot more people who’re interested.

A great gym in the centre of Cardiff. Very reasonably priced and well equipped with a variety of weights, cardio and other types of gym equipment. Can get very busy with students at certain times of the year, but that's no different to any other gym in Cardiff. PTs on hand if you want any advice or if you wanted to book sessions with them at a price. Free classes are available and included in the price of your membership. Toilets, showers and lockers are available.
