Busy gym , hard to train peacefully as you have to navigate between people either training or swiping on their phones. Good stuff : excellent selection of machines and lots of benches and squat racks , pendelum squat machine is amazing, 24 hours , staff are friendly. Not so good : busy , water fountain takes 3 minutes to fill a bottle. Overall positive, I kept my subscription running and love their selection of legs exercise machines.

Very poor approach. They didn’t send me any email or any notification about when the gym would be closed. They just shut it down without informing me, yet they still charge me the full monthly fee for using the gym. When I want to use it, it’s closed for several days without any explanation or information about when it will reopen. 0 stars. I’m cancelling my direct debit and going somewhere that has a more professional and customer-friendly approach. The staff are also not the best very rude and acting like they don’t care. Whenever you ask something, they behave more like annoyed members than staff. You should keep in mind that you are representing the gym’s brand, and with this approach you’re damaging its reputation. People are paying to train there, yet you can’t even get a proper answer to a simple question.
