I went to an abundance workshop facilitated by Nathalie Herrman and Lauren Mitchum and it was very transformative. I'm grateful to them for holding a safe space for open sharing. They gently guided us through practices that helped participants uncover limiting beliefs around money and other areas of life. Nathi is highly trained in Body Mind Maturation Coaching so the shifts were made on a physical/energetic level in the body, as well as mental. We first opened up and shared some intentions, and Lauren gave us customized affirmations for the new stories we wanted to write in our lives after digging a little bit deeper into our shares. We then did a movement embodiment practice and afterward, Nathi gave us personalized reiki/ energy healing. It was such a holistic experience and I'm still applying the lessons I learned from that experience today. I highly recommend any of their workshops and the space was absolutely gorgeous! Thanks to all of you!

Just had my mind blown. Never been to Bali but felt like I was teleported there for 1 hour. Aly is an incredible listener, has a fairy 🧚 like presence and her space feels so deliciously safe! Grateful for her healing and intuitive touch. Will return and highly recommend her. (:

Yesterday I had one of the greatest experiences of my life . Aly performed reiki on me for the first time . She always told me about the benefits and how good I would feel afterwards but I had country it to believe it . My energy changed , I slept like an angel and I woke up felling so much better . I highly recommend it . Thank you Aly .

I love The Healing Collective in Ocean Beach! It's truly such a beautiful place and I'm so glad I found it. Aly is so helpful and smart and truly knows what she's doing. She is also an amazing listener and guides each session with such intention. I feel like I've had a little bit of everything from The Healing Collective and it's all been amazing. I've also attended their events and they are so fun and welcoming. I would recommend The Healing Collective to anyone!!! 🥰❤️

I first visited Aly off a referral from a close friend. I walked into The Healing Collective unsure of what to expect, but knowing that I needed help unpacking the heavy energetic load I was carrying. Aly is one of the most motherly, peaceful and loving energies I’ve ever experienced. I immediately felt safe and seen. The two sessions I’ve had with her have made so much room in my life and my physical body to receive, that I’m still a little in disbelief. I came to her shortly after a miscarriage, and was very fearful, resentful, and had little hope. The first session she worked on clearing out stagnant energy, old beliefs, and really helped me feel genuinely grateful for each and every thing & person in my life. I walked away feeling lighter, happier and like myself again. The next session she opened me up and prepared me to receive our baby that we so badly wanted and had been trying over 3 years for. Within a weeks time, I was pregnant with our baby girl. Aly even saw that we were going to have a little girl and gave me the most beautiful breakdown of what she picked up in our sessions. Aly continues to check in, hold space and truly care about my well being and journey. I refer everyone I know to her now and feel so lucky that we have her as a beautiful resource so close to home.
