It was an amazing experience, only 10 minutes but it felt like way longer. You lay down and put an eye cover and headphones on and lay there while listening to music and bird noises. It was sooo peaceful and you feel so good after. I could’ve fully fallen asleep during it, I would definitely do it again. 10/10

I went to an abundance workshop facilitated by Nathalie Herrman and Lauren Mitchum and it was very transformative. I'm grateful to them for holding a safe space for open sharing. They gently guided us through practices that helped participants uncover limiting beliefs around money and other areas of life. Nathi is highly trained in Body Mind Maturation Coaching so the shifts were made on a physical/energetic level in the body, as well as mental. We first opened up and shared some intentions, and Lauren gave us customized affirmations for the new stories we wanted to write in our lives after digging a little bit deeper into our shares. We then did a movement embodiment practice and afterward, Nathi gave us personalized reiki/ energy healing. It was such a holistic experience and I'm still applying the lessons I learned from that experience today. I highly recommend any of their workshops and the space was absolutely gorgeous! Thanks to all of you!
