My girlfriend and I had an awesome first time sauna/cold plunge experience this evening. The area was clean and private with a very cool aesthetic. Martin was friendly and helpful. This place is very cool looking forward to coming back 🙏

Best cold plunge in San Diego. I’ve been training hard lately and knew I needed to step my recovery up, so I searched for a cold plunge and sauna nearby and found this spot. Did my first session and immediately loved it. I signed up as a member on the spot. What really sold me is that it’s private. Just you in the sauna and just you in the cold plunge. No crowds, no distractions, just recovery done right. This is going to be a big part of my routine moving forward. Super grateful to have a place like this close by that makes taking care of your body easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend if you’re training hard and actually care about your recovery.

I went with a friend to try the cold plunge experience. I love the sauna and am working up to the plunge. (Im a senior and need to work up to it) The facility is great. Clean, comfy, roomy. My friend had no problem with the plunge part. I feel great. Nathaniel is a great guy and very accommodating.

My fiancé and I have been coming here at least a few times a month all year. Its always clean, and prepped perfectly. The owner is super nice as well, we always enjoy chatting with him. We always leave feeling relaxed after a good ice bath and some time in the heat. Enough so that e have been coming all year and plan to continue next year. If you need to relax or have always wondered how wonderful the benefits of an ice bath are. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Nice set up they have here with everything needed in one room. Was able to come here straight from the gym, shower and change then get into the cold plunge then sauna. Nice atmosphere. Nate was great showing me the setup.
