I had came in with flu like symptoms and I felt horrible, the girl named Mia that helped me at registration truly went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. The nurse was also very sweet and assertive, I believe her name is Alier. Thank you to Dr Abreha for getting me in and out. I appreciate the whole team and also want to say thank you to Pablo. The best team I’ve had in a while. Thank you all.

Congestive Heart failure ran in my family, my dad’s side. I had no knowledge of it until my sister let me know. Dr. E saved my life through education, getting fluids off of my body and a great bedside manner. The staff was honest but kind with delivery. Definitely worth the help to keep your life in a good stage

Best experience iv ever had! Every single person there treated me amazing!!! Even when I was about to leave Mia went out of her way to give me a new bandaid!! Please come to this place they are beyond respectful and caring! My doctor was ambee my er tech was Miguel and my nurse was Jaesen!! My visit to the Emergency Room was as smooth as I could have hoped for. The staff was kind, efficient, and very professional. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. Mia was very helpful at the front desk and when Miguel took my labs, I barely felt the needle stick! Thank you to the whole team for your outstanding service!

This place was the best experience I’ve ever had !! The nurses are nice and considerate and very passionate about health reasonings. They are very caring and careful when it comes to knowing about the body and it brings joy to my heart when I was healed and also got my results back with in a min to secs meaning the same day. The love what they do andI would recommend going back anytime for emergencies. Thanks you Heights Er for the best care in the world🙌🏾
