Jaimie and her team are by far the best recruiting team I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Too many times I've worked with recruiters that overload you with opportunity and when an offer gets presented, there's pressure to take the offer so they can move on to the next candidate. Not Jaimie. I at one point had 3 offers on the table and she helped guide me to the one that worked best for me. She senses how one is feeling about opportunities and is upfront about how she feels it fits within one's needs. Put simply, she makes decision making easy. Be honest with her and her team (as well as yourself) about what it is your looking for and she'll go out and find it. Thank you, Jaimie and team!
