What a fantastic experience I had at The Jewellery Works in 2025. I had no experience in buying an engagement ring so was very unsure about the process and all the things to look out for and take into account. Both Richard and Melanie explained the process to me and discussed a number of options and styles with me. I had no idea that there was so much to take into account when choosing a ring. They worked to my budget and helped me identify the type of ring I wanted. Six weeks later, and after some magic from Richard in the workshop, I was able to pick up a stunning ring that exactly matched the ring I imagined im my head. I'd have been lost without their patience and advice throughout the process. Thanks again Richard and Melanie.

I can’t praise Jennifer, Melonie and Richard enough, between them they designed and created me a truly beautiful wedding band, making amazing use of diamonds from a ring given to me by my mum. The whole experience was a pleasure, seeing the different designs, being able to merge the best bits of the two that I couldn’t decide between, and being allowed to see it all coming together. The only down side is that I have to wait another two weeks before I get to wear it.

I’m so glad I chose Jewellery Works to repurpose my mums rings and allow me to wear them again. Since my mum passed away, they had been hidden away in an old jewellery box. Jennifer took the time to understand what I was looking for, fusspot that I am, and came up with 3 beautiful designs. Once my choice was made it was over to Richard to create, what I can only describe as the most stunning ring. Melanie continued to keep me updated on progress and was able to complete in time for my ‘big’ birthday celebrations. There were a few tears when I picked up my ring, I was over the moon. Their service is second to none and I would highly recommend them. Many thanks Jennifer, Richard and Melanie.

Absolutely delighted with the remodelling done to create a lovely earring/necklace set, made from 2. From involvement at design stage through to completion, customer service was excellent. Would highly recommend and I look forward to wearing my new set. Thank you again. Fantastic workmanship.
