From the receptionist to the Dr my experience was amazing. The receptionist was so kind and sweet she chatted with us and made us feel less like a customer or patient and more like friends and family. The Dr was amazing addressed our issues with ease and comfort.

Dr. CC is the real deal! She is patient, kind, and funny! 5 stars! The office staff at this site is great… but let me tell you about the call center! Wow the call center is straight up attitude, rude, has no business being in customer service. I drove 90 miles to cancel and they still charged me! So I called and she said I had to drive again unless I had proof and could email a copy! Good luck with canceling and if you dare to go somewhere else to cancel, the other offices won’t touch your paperwork- I’d assume this is due to the Fresno call center! Sad!!

This place is amazing, Dr Caldwell is absolute magic. As a former power lifter, personal trainer and overall fitness enthusiast I highly recommend her and the Joint. I popped my hip out of place a little over a year ago and after that recovery time I was still having shooting pains in my back and leg. She got me a solid 3 month plan that has completely changed the game for my day to day. I’d say my body feels like new. My first visit she was able to elevate most of my pain and now at the end of my first three months I’m just doing regular alignments for maintenance. I’m able to move normal and lift heavy if I want to again. She is amazing I highly highly recommend! Thank you Dr Caldwell!
