I absolutely love Tara and the Little Yoga House. It’s such a welcoming and relaxing place. I have been going to Tara’s lady yoga on and off for a few years now and I cannot recommend enough. The classes are always so relaxing but at the same time really helps to improve my fitness! Win win. Sometimes I go away for a while (just busy life spells) but I always come back. I have also had massages and reflexology which is fabulous to have all of that under one roof! Tara always makes you feel welcomed and included on top of being an excellent instructor. Highly recommend!
I've been attending the classes right throughout my pregnancy and it's been such a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Tara is fantastic - she's really knowledgeable and I leave every class feeling more informed about my body and the birthing process. I'd especially recommend this class for those who are new to yoga as the pace is gentle and the moves are accessible.
I have loved spending time at the little yoga studio over the past year. The pregnancy yoga classes really helped me to relax after work and prepare for the arrival of my baby. We’ve been attending the baby yoga classes for the past 6 months and we have both really enjoyed them. My baby loved learning new songs and actions and interacting with other babies in the class and I loved meeting other new mums and still getting to do some gentle yoga myself. Tara has built a wonderful community and I will definitely be back in the future!
Loved attending baby yoga every week and meeting like-minded mums. At the start of each session you have the chance to chat about your week which was great to get support and advice from all other mums. DD loved all the songs and activities in class and was also a great way of easing myself back into some exercise after a C-section. As a first time mum it actually really helped me become more confident breastfeeding in public too! I attended a different pregnancy yoga class but will definitely we going to Little Yoga House for any future pregnancies🤞
We have been attending the mum and baby class for a few months now and I have loved every session every. It has been so much more than ‘just’ a baby class for us, Tara is so welcoming and really creates a little community of mums and babies. Our mornings at the Little Yoga House have often been a highlight of our week, with both my baby and I benefitting from the classes. I had never tried yoga before, and was a bit unsure to begin with, but would highly recommend the classes to anyone 🫶🏼
