Tried this place out with my friend after hearing a bit about it online. It's alright – the atmosphere was calm, and the session leader seemed experienced. I’m not sure I connected with every part of the session, but the breathing exercises definitely helped me clear my head. The room was a bit warmer than I expected, which made it a tad uncomfortable halfway through. Not bad for a casual visit, but not something I’d do every week.

I was struck by the incredibly welcoming and friendly atmosphere at the Mantra Room. Everyone I encountered exuded a calm and positive demeanor, making it easy to feel comfortable and at ease. I especially appreciate the dedication of the band members who volunteer their time to create such a beautiful and warm setting.
