If I could take Catherine with me, I would. I need her to go everywhere with me! That massage she provided could solve a dictator's control issue! She was so efficient and well prepared. She educated me on the service and had me so comfortable! This lady is skilled beyond words! I did the 90-minute service and actually wanted 90 more after I left! I had the deep tissue Ashi with a foot massage add on. The things this lady could do with her feet left me amazed. In order to do what she does and the details, you have to be committed and an expert like her. She would touch a tight muscle spot then apply pressure and jiggle it and my body just melted from tension being released. Amazing! The wild thing is, her skill is so top tier, I didn't even notice at what point she had switched from her hands to her feet! I literally could not tell because the pressure and gentleness were consistent throughout the entire 90-minute session. I am going back before my stay ends. Please ask for Catherine.

We arranged a couples massage with Lee & Bella for a deep tissue massage! Very swanky venue that restored an elementary school into various small businesses. Woman owned and led. Coffee shop and photography. Gym in the basement. Upscale boutiques and gift shop. Nice staff and very welcoming. Clean and attentive. Friendly and accommodating. Informative about future therapy.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. Not only is the massage center located in an old historic downtown building with moody, cozy vibes, they offer ashiatsu, the deepest form of massage you can get and it’s freaking incredible. There are many wonderful massage therapist and studios in lex but this style of massage is the most effective and longest lasting. Jennifer and Ana provide this service and they’re both fantastic.
