My wife and I went with McCann thinking we would get a knowledgeable realtor. Instead we got a person who would echo whatever we thought to make a sale. Now that I purchased my home and have become more informed about row homes I am shocked I listened to have the stuff our Realor Asa Kurland had to say about comps and the state of the house. I over payed for sure and should’ve been much more conservative and understood the ages of Windows, lintels, siding, and pay more attention to the quality of renovation. I saw we had an open chimney with the neighbor and in my ignorance listened to him and the inspector tell me I just needed a cap. Not considering what kindof damage open rain could have done to a home in the decades it was exposed. In my last 3 months of owning a row home I learned I would have not purchased it at this price and would have used better comps. Not sure how a realtor who worked years in Philly would be so uninformed. He pushed me to not go for full credit when I should have gone for lower price plus credit. Inform yourself before buying a house and use these realtors just to make an offer.

The McCann team took charge and handled the listing quickly. He provided advice during the whole process, from listing to staging. Joyce and the team were always available to address questions quickly and knowledgeably. I recommend The McCann Team to anyone looking to list a property or purchase a property.

Working with Katie and Sean made our first time home buying experience a breeze! Katie and Sean were incredibly accessible to answer all of our questions, were very knowledgable about the local market, and provided invaluable advice as we toured homes and considered our options. Their insights, hard work and coordination helped us submit the winning bid against 6 other buyers. I would not be typing this review in our lovely new home if it was not for Katie and Sean. Thank you so much!

We decided to look at condos in Philly and wanted a realtor who lived in the city. We were so grateful from the get go Ben and his team were recommended to us. Starting with his patience in answering our questions, showing us places that he thought would be a good fit for us after getting to know us and our teenager, and throughout the entire process, we were very happy with Ben and the team! We didn’t expect to find a place so quickly, and Ben had a scheduled holiday. We decided to see a home a second time while Ben was traveling, he made it happen. The team was so thorough and efficient in guiding us from start to finish! I’d recommend this Dream Team who we didn’t realize we needed but were thrilled we were able to work with such a communicative and team oriented group!

Working with Mike McCann “The Real Estate Man” and his entire team at KW Empower was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. Selling my father’s home was an emotional and complex process, but from the moment I signed the agent sales agreement, the McCann Team made everything seamless and stress-free. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly blew me away. From recommending reliable home cleaners and talented stagers to handling small tasks like changing light bulbs—the team was consistently present, proactive, and quick to address every need. They treated me like no detail was too small. I always felt like selling my home was their top priority. When it came time to negotiate the deal, I felt completely safe and supported in their hands. Their expertise and guidance gave me total peace of mind. I always knew they were advocating for my best interests. The entire process, from listing my father’s home to the settlement, was managed with 100% accuracy, care, and genuine professionalism. I am incredibly impressed with The Mike McCann Team and cannot recommend them highly enough. If you want a real estate experience that is smooth, attentive, and truly client-focused, look no further. Thank you, Mike McCann and team, for going above and beyond!
