We are so deeply grateful to Claire and his thoughtful, gentle, and effective approach to dog training. We were feeling a bit lost in the woods - it's been about 20 years since we had a puppy - and were worried that we weren't giving Flounder her best start at life. Claire worked with us on walking (helping build up Flounder's confidence and leash manners), barking, and learning "place"....all while answering about 100 other questions we had. Nevermind having patience with our puppy, Claire's patience with us was amazing. We never felt foolish when asking questions and never felt like there was a rush to move to the next. Most importantly, Flounder is such a happy, confident puppy. Claire was a difference-maker for us and we are deeply appreciative.

We used Packlife private training sessions for our puppy at the end of the summer. Claire is so wonderful! So chill and laid back, very nice to have in your home if that’s what you are looking for. Claire taught us some great training activities for our puppy and helped me feel more confident since my dog is quite large and I have small kids. Training with the lead is very helpful in our situation. Also has a great reputation because my neighbour had gone to some classes with him previously and agrees the training is very effective. Looking forward to adding some more advanced training as our dog grows and matures. He is walking so nice and calmly with us and the kids. Thank you! You da best!

Our time with Claire as Angel’s trainer was excellent. He provided us with tips that were easy to apply at home, maintaining a continuation beyond our sessions. Claire demonstrated exceptional knowledge, professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude with us and Angel. He never imposed his personal preferences, but instead structured each session around Angel’s need. Angel’s sensitivities and anxieties were handled thoughtfully. We acquired extensive knowledge during each session, and an additional advantage was receiving a review of our work in follow-up information after every visit. We cannot sufficiently express our thanks to Claire for his training, which relied on positive approaches to build a truly pleasant relationship.
