I wanted to book a class here but they make you sign a waiver that says they are allowed to photograph and video and use it for whatever they want. Not everyone wants to be photographed by strangers while they work out. If you want free marketing you should ask people if they are comfortable with that/give them the option to opt out, not make them sign a legal document saying they are okay with it in order to purchase services at your business.

Ellen is amazing! We booked a yoga + sound bath at our home for a girls weekend. Ellen was super responsive and made the booking process seamless, and arrived promptly at our booked time. She was so friendly and helpful in figuring out where we needed to set up space. Most importantly, she led a wonderful gentle flow yoga session tailored to our group of beginners, followed by a relaxing sound bath that truly restored us all after a long night. Finally, she had us set our intentions aloud for our guest of honor which was such a special moment for our group. We really appreciated Ellen facilitating such a relaxing and bonding event for us. Highly recommend, would book again!

The studio is always clean and you can trust that the instructors are qualified to teach because the owner seems to truly care about building a team that is extremely knowledgeable and respectful of all body types! Not only that, the whole team is warm and welcome. I especially love the diversity of all the classes! Ellen, the owner, has taken the time to get to know the people in the Movement Loft community and listened to what we want more of.
