I was a patient of Dr. Ko a few years back and she helped me so much with health issues. I was able to track her down and after 2 sessions of cupping and acupuncture at OM I am already feeling better. She is a true expert. The place is beautiful, relaxing, clean and everyone is very friendly. If you have never tried acupuncture, I strongly recommend it!

Went in for neuropathy and stiffness in feet, legs and hands. I know that acupuncture and cupping takes time to work, like any good therapy, but I WAS AMAZED at how much more mobility I had after one (my first) treatment! WOW! Beautiful facility and very friendly, helpful staff, too. Can't wait to go again.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my recent experience because the care I received was truly exceptional. About a month ago, I was crossing the street with the pedestrian signal when a car failed to notice me and I was hit. The accident left me with significant neck, shoulder, and lower-back pain, and I was feeling very shaken emotionally as well. That’s when I found The OM Acupuncture Clinic, and I cannot express how grateful I am. First, I want to sincerely thank Dr. Hong. From my very first visit, she carefully evaluated my condition and provided treatments that were truly tailored to what my body needed each day—acupuncture, electro-stimulation, cupping, and more. Every session noticeably reduced my pain, and I could feel myself improving step by step. Dr. Hong not only treats physical injuries, but also genuinely cares about the patient’s emotional well-being during the recovery process. Her kindness and professionalism made a huge difference for me. I also want to thank the front desk staff. They are always warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Whether it was scheduling, rescheduling, or assisting with insurance questions, they handled everything kindly and smoothly, which gave me so much peace of mind during a very stressful time. Now, most of the pain from the accident has resolved, and I’m finally able to return to my normal daily activities. I truly believe this recovery would not have been possible without Dr. Hong and the amazing team at The OM Acupuncture Clinic. If you’re dealing with pain or lingering issues after an accident, I highly recommend coming here. You will be in the best hands. Outstanding staff, relaxing environment, excellent treatment. Highly recommend! My experience: I have TMJ disorder and acupuncture helps relieve my pain symptoms. I have worked with Dr. Hong and Dr. Tran and they are both outstanding. I have tried cupping and moxa as well when I pulled my bicep and greatly benefitted from these treatments as well. I’ve been going to The OM Acupuncture Wellness and seeing Dr. Hong for most of this year, and her treatments have been truly life changing for me and my husband. We’ve both been to many acupuncturists, but Dr. Hong has an incredible gift. She knows exactly where to place the needles, and the results have been healing. Personally, I’ve struggled with degenerative discs in both my lower back and my neck (with stenosis as well), and with her care I’ve been able to regain most of my functioning. My husband has also experienced remarkable improvements. Dr. Hong is not only highly skilled but also such a lovely and compassionate person. It feels like she genuinely cares about our wellbeing. The clinic itself is immaculate, and the entire staff is kind, professional, and attentive. They make every visit seamless and welcoming. Dr. Hong is truly a lifesaver, and I can honestly say I will never look for another acupuncturist in San Diego.
