Crystal is amazing, and so is her entire staff, especially her assistant. Crystal has such a thoughtful, natural approach and truly understands balance. My skin always looks refreshed, smooth, and balanced, and I feel confident every time I leave her chair. She never rushes, takes her time explaining everything, and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. She’s focused on making you feel and look your best, not just on profit, which is rare to find these days. I’m so grateful I found her and her entire team, and I recommend all my friends and family to her.

I recently had my lips done at The Palm Medspa + Wellness with Nicole APRN, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, everyone listened to my concerns and made sure I was completely pleased. The girls who took me back were always so pleasant and attentive, and even though Crystal APRN, the owner, wasn’t my provider that day, she still made sure I was happy throughout the entire process. I’ve had other treatments there as well, and I always feel well cared for and the results are amazing! I’m already looking forward to coming back for more treatments next month!

Five stars, no question. Every visit to The Palm has been excellent. I’ve never felt rushed or uncertain, and the entire team goes out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable. Nicole and Adrianna are truly phenomenal, but honestly, every girl there is a gem. The space is beautiful, warm, and inviting, never intimidating. During treatments, it’s clear that comfort and care matter just as much as the results. I haven’t experienced this level of attention and genuine hospitality at any other med spa. I always leave feeling taken care of, happy, and confident. I highly recommend The Palm and will absolutely keep coming back.

I LOVE THE PALM! I have gotten a variety of services here: PRF EZ Gel, Botox, Xeomin, Lip Filler, Facial Filler, Hydrofacials, Chemical Peels, Laser Hair Removal, Vitamin Injections and Skincare products. I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is so sweet and knowledgeable. I’ve pretty much seen every provider (due to my schedule and my limited availability) and they’re always so flexible and work with my schedule to get me in :) Nicole is phenomenal! Crystal is outstanding! Kara is wonderful! And the Esties, Alana & Adrianna are marvelous!! The MAs are super kind as well and always ease my anxiety before any treatment. This Medspa is so cozy and I always feel at home. They have snacks, drinks, blankets and I can watch movies during my treatment. I’ve never been to a med spa that offers so much care. I will be coming back and I’ve already recommended my family and friends to come here!

i had my first appt at The Palm with Nicole (ARNP) and im so happy! she took me back quickly and was so sweet and informative. i came in for lip filler and a lip flip and i was a little nervous, but she answered all of my questions and reassured me that this was the right treatment for me. i will definitely be coming back for more. im already obsessed!!!! Thank you to the amazing providers and staff at The Palm! I’m so lucky to have found a medspa thats close by and very caring. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
