Heather and John are the best. I’ve been there several times and feel much better.
All the best, highly trained and aware therapists, small enough to be personal, large enough to feel spacious while you're working. Easy location, easy parking, easy entry.
If I could give a 0, I would. Terrible experience as a new patient. I was charged $230 for a visit where Marie walked away during my exercises, charged me $100 just to say I could "only walk," and gave no real plan or course of action — just told to come back twice a week for $200+ each time. If you're looking for real physical therapy, stay far away from this place. Update March 13 to people. This is a response to what is written below from PT Institute. I say this because I want others to find places that give good quality care for patients. I want providers to be accountable for the service they provide. To Physical Therapy Institute: I understand billing guidelines, but providers should not bill for services that did not meet a quality standard — this is about care, not insurance. I appreciate the offer to return, but since you wouldn’t be able to do a full evaluation beyond what was already done, I don’t see the value. I asked about this during the call and you reassured me that you wouldn't be able to do anything else other than talk. Thank you again. I hope my feedback helps change the quality of service.
This is a great facility with great staff. I had to find a different PT for my vertigo and at the first appointment felt like Heather really cared about my concerns. She listened to all of my symptoms, offered suggestions, referrals to specialists and I felt very comfortable when she performed the Epley maneuver (more than once) and John assisted her who is also a great part of the team. Currently my symptoms are under control, but I know where to go if they return! Thanks for a positive experience!
My experience at PTI has been exceptionally pleasant. The therapists Heather & John are very knowledgeable & courteous they both have a nice sense of humor. The exercise plan has definitely helped. I'm grateful for the work they both have provided. Crystal P.
