A nice place to go for a coffee or snack in the afternoon. There are food trucks 7 days a week, with outdoor seating, some of the tables have umbrellas. Every Saturday (and Sunday in December) is a Farmer's Market. Roots and Fruits have a stall. Peel Farm sells fresh and cured meats, Wee Knob sell their butters, plus Big Bear Bakery, a Crumble Stand and numerous craft stalls. What is nice about this market is that you can speak to the makers directly. Prepare to queue at some stalls especially where there are samples.
Went on a Saturday when their farmers market is on. Great selection of indie businesses. Also there's 3 stalls that's always open, coffee, pizza, and sweet potatoes! See our full video review on our experience under The Olive Tree Family on all social media platforms.
Lupo pizza is fantastic. It's chic, divine, surprising and what a delight that space is! The Garden Shed has sweet potato and the best smoothies ever, very creative! He also has a free meal situation, you can buy or take a meal or drink voucher. Uplands Roast coffee has great blue earl grey, and bowls for your dog. Great relaxed music going on. There are three permanent stalls outside of the weekend street market well worth a detour.
Loved the vibe here! LUPO serves amazing panuzzo and panzerotto-crispy, fresh, and full of flavour. The Garden Shed has fresh smoothies. Great vibes, friendly staff, and everything is gluten-free. Perfect for a guilt-free treat! Uplands Roast has top-notch coffee with a cosy, friendly feel. Great outdoor seating, pet-friendly, and perfect for a relaxed lunch or coffee stop. Will definitely be back!
An excellent new addition to Kelvinbridge! You MUST try the Vietnamese Iced Coffee (with extra milk!) from Uplands Roast! A firm favourite of mine in this sunny weather! I was very excited to see Big Bear Bakery popping up here with their delicious baked goods, Lupo are churning out incredible pizzas and The Garden Shed's healthy and flavoursome baked sweet potatoes are a great alternative to all the jacket spud places opening up as of late! Very excited to see which vendors collaborate in the future! Child & dog friendly (lovely area for kids & pups alike to run around and free entertainment for the little ones!), a perfect location for picking up a drink or a bite to eat and soaking in the atmosphere! 10/10, a truly successful venture and a wonderful addition to the community!
