I was having boot issues that I couldn’t resolve on my own. So I took it into Robert, and he did an excellent job. Was very thorough in checking and resolving any issues, from cleaning down the whole interior of the comp to updating drivers and bios. Was an excellent communicator throughout the process and kept the repair costs down. If I ever have comp issues again I definitely won’t hesitate to give him a call again.

The Real Computer Doctor is fast and reliable. I have worked with him multiple times. Seriously. This guy knows IT and could do it with his eyes closed. He helped fix up my computer last time with a virus and this time with an issue that caused it to overheat. Turns out it was the cooler which he replaced super quickly. Knowledgeable, insightful, understanding, and full of great advice! That's how I would briefly describe The Real Computer Doctor, Robert. I took my computer to him to address a battery issue. He provided me with realistic advice and options. They dont make my version of the HP laptop anymore, but it still runs well and the only issue was the battery. Many people encouraged me to just get a new laptop. He was able to resolve my issue and provide me with additional solutions to get a little bit more longevity out of my computer. Convenient hours, quick response, and reasonable on the wallet. Im glad I found Robert and his company and he will be my go-to moving forward.

Robert did a wonderful job. Gaming computer wasn't posting, but he was able to diagnose and fix the CPU pins. He completed the job very quickly! Good service, highly recommend!!
