Mark Rollins Was The Best Attorney For The Job. Had a public defender named John Sample that was horrible and tried to make me plea to a clearly beatable case. Mr Rollins focused on the key points of my charges”Fruit from poisonous tree” and got my charges dismissed. Money well spent, I hope I don’t have to use again but I highly recommend. My overall experience with Mr. Rollins & Ms. Ada Chan were so pleasant and welcoming. I had a charge that spanned back almost 22 years that has been hanging over my head most of my adult life. After doing research and speaking with both attorneys, I knew I had found the right team that would have my best interest. Due to Covid and the courts being backlogged, this took longer than normal, but while I stayed patient of the process, Mr. Rollins & Ms. Chan stayed persistent in keeping me updated on the status of the case and kept me in the loop on all proceedings. I can say that by not having any other charges since then and being an upright person, after 20+ years, my felony charge was vacated and I no longer have a criminal record.
