My 2 dogs go here at least once a week! They love it! They come home exhausted and I’ve never had a single problem. The entire staff is amazing, but Brian and Liz are extra personable.
I took my cat in for grooming. He's long haired and had some mats. Carmen did a great job at cleaning him up! He looks great and I know he feels better, especially with the heat. Thank you so much for taking such good care of him.
LOVE this place for grooming! Our poodle, Shirley, is very anxious and nasty with strangers. She had two prior groomers that did not work out before we brought her to the Royal Pet Resort. Michelle has worked so well with her over the last couple years. Shirley now happily gets out of the car and goes with her! Very professional place with caring staff!
We were nervous about leaving our Doberdane 8 month old pup for the first time ever! However the extremely kind & very attentive staff kept us updated with daily text und photos. The video camera in her Royal Suite gave us first hand views of Angel anytime we wanted to peak in on her. Her suite was always clean as was her bedding und we were so pleased to see she settled in nicely. It was en fabulous experience both for us und our pup Angel.
Love how caring and sweet they are with my older pup. My boys were well taken care of. I did the Royal Interactive Package which includes daycare, 30min TLC and nightly tuck in, some brushing and some toys. Having pictures sent when you're away and seeing your pups having nothing but smiles on their faces makes me feel at ease. Those three are water hogs and the team knows that. I really do appreciate that they figure out what my fur kids love to do during their TLC to make it enjoyable for them. Them pictures are chefs kiss 💋😘
