We were genuinely excited to give our child a unique and memorable 5th birthday experience… and instead, it turned into a complete disappointment from start to finish. The website advertises an “all access pass,” but fails to clearly explain that “all access” ONLY applies to certain attractions—and that you still have to spend extra money on cards just to play games. That’s incredibly misleading and honestly feels like false advertising. Because of this lack of transparency, many of the kids we had already paid for ended up bored and leaving early due to the limited attractions included. Imagine planning and paying in advance for a party, only to have it fall apart because of unclear and deceptive information. To make things worse, the staff was completely inconsistent and unprofessional. One child was allowed to ride the go-karts once, then suddenly denied another turn—with staff even going as far as questioning the honesty of their parents. Completely unacceptable. We tried to address the situation in person, hoping for some kind of understanding or accommodation given the confusion THEY caused—but were met with zero effort to resolve anything. No accountability, no attempt to de-escalate, nothing. And somehow it gets worse… How do you offer an “all-day pass” and not have food available for purchase? That makes absolutely no sense. The bathrooms were filthy, the staff was rude and pushy, and the entire experience felt poorly managed and frustrating. If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would.

Went for the first time because my brothers and I were in town for the weekend. The price was good for the time spent. We did almost every activity the 3-hour pass covered. We'd rate them as the following: Go-Karts - 2/5 the wait was very long, they didn't go very fast and the track was small, it'd probably be more entertaining for a younger audience Laser Tag - 5/5 the arena is 2 stories, and it's done as every man for themself. We had a great time, and I was out of breath by the end Bowling - 4/5 it was just bowling Mini golf - 1.5/5 The holes were relatively challenging which was somewhat enjoyable. There are only 9, so it's not too difficult to go through. But the space was incredibly limited and tight, and the balls kept bouncing over the little walls marking the holes. Foam pit - 4/5 The foam pit was very enjoyable; it is recommended for somewhat small people (not a problem for me as I am quite short). There was nobody actually attending it, so it was a bit difficult to grab onto the trapeze swings, and the rock wall felt kind of short. But all in all, we still had a very good time in that section. We did not do the bumper cars, billiards, or "kiddie" karts (as we are too old for that) but the people who did looked to be having a good time. And the arcade credits are sold separately so we did not do that either, but it appeared to have a decent selection of games. Our biggest point of disappointment was that there was not any real food sold, just snacks. They were all 4 dollars apiece and not really anything that would fill you up, so I'd plan accordingly.

This is a place where you pay for time spent doing activities. We are in go carts. The guy managing walks like a sloth literally strolling to unhook cars. Hence we blew a half hour of our time waiting for him..wish I could have posted the video.
