Went here consistently for 2 years and most people seem miserable and unhappy. Petty politics amongst the committee.

There is such a beautiful and grace filled energy that pervades the center. No matter how long it’s been between my visits to the center, it always feels like coming back home.

The opportunity to experience the gift of the sacred teachings of Siddha Yoga are available in the weekly programs on Wednesdays 7:45-9 pm and Saturdays 7:30-9 pm. Here they chant with live musicians to still the busy mind for meditation. Yummy vegetarian meals are served afterwards. There is a bookstore with books, chants, incense and other supportive tools opened before and after programs. The Center itself is small but beautiful. The people are very warm and welcoming. It is a little hard to find inside of the Woodlake Office Park building complex next to Boston Market. Just park there and look for door #100 that has a statue of St. Francis to greet you.
