Amera is a great LPC S. She is prepared and ready to listen from week to week. During my time with her as an LPC Associate I learned so much from her and other associates during group supervision. She also takes the time to you know personally, which i liked. I have been fully licensed for over a year and still continue to talk to her. :)

Amera is a very knowledgeable counselor and supervisor. Amera supervised me while I was working towards my LPC. She always provided great insight, and asked questions that helped me explore my work on a deeper level. I would highly recommend her to other professionals looking for a supervisor as well as to anyone looking for a counselor.

Amera is a wonderful supervisor and counselor. Amera helped me grow professionally and personally throughout my internship by being open and real, and by encouraging me to explore a range of populations/sites. She is very knowledgeable in case conceptualization, play therapy, domestic violence counseling, general counseling, and family systems. I would definitely recommend her!

Amera was my supervisor while I completed my practicum at Mosaic Family Services in graduate school. Amera was a fantastic supervisor! She was extremely supportive and was able to challenge me in ways that expanded my abilities as a counselor. She worked collaboratively with me in overcoming any difficulties I faced. She created a space where I felt comfortable being open and honest with her, for which I am extremely grateful. I highly recommend her as a supervisor to any LPC-Interns.

Amera was my supervisor during my master’s program. It was a great experience and one that continues to shape my career today. I appreciated that she took supervision seriously, was respectful of scheduled times, took the time to block out distractions, and was consistent in feedback. She was always receptive to my ideas and opinions but provided firm guidance when needed. I grew as a therapist working with Amera and frequently find myself looking back to the discussions we had. She was easy to work with and is someone I know I will continually look to for advice as I continue to learn and work.
