Couldn’t have asked for better service. Al picked up my parents from the airport, took care of their luggage and made them feel extremely comfortable. Al stayed in communication with me throughout the process and my parents made sure to tell me that Al was very kind and treated them very well. What a nice experience!! Frederick texted when we landed at San Antonio airport and let us know where to meet him, which was very convenient to the baggage claim area. He greeted us which a smile and loaded our bags, made sure we were comfortable, and delivered us safely to the Drury on the Riverwalk. He took care of our bags and was so nice and pleasant. He was very friendly and professional...we had a nice conversation during our ride to our hotel. I will be asking for a ride back to the airport at the end of our visit and look forward to another great experience! As I told Frederick, I will be using this service for all of my future visits to San Antonio!! I highly recommend Transporter Limousine!!
