So weird when you walk in a store and multiple people don't address you. I walked in an empty store with 3 people standing at their register. It's like none of the 3 guys wanted to take the next person, so they just kept talking to each other. Not to mention their conversation about girls was inappropriate in front of customers.

Their signage above the counter says they do passport and ID photos. I waited in line 10 minutes and when I got to the desk for a passport photo, they said they don’t do those at this location. I pointed to their sign and they just said, “I know”. Cool. Thanks.

The little chubby white dude with the glasses ended up constantly $500 penalty because he gave me false information on the United States Postal Service services that they offer ... even though they say that they have no affiliation with them they still offer the services and they appointed me to their service instead of their own UPS service. When I brought this to the tension of the manager the bald headed spineless dude he kept beating around the bush saying he was going to call me back and take care of it look into it and he never did. I'm a continuous customer there I go at least three times a week anyways I caught him yesterday thinking he was going to be able to lie to me in front of clients and customers and appointed him out in front of everybody he turned real red and left.

This UPS store, on a Sunday Afternoon was well staffed with plenty of room ! I had several copies to make an was assisted by the very helpful, polite, and cordial Avesh M.K. What an asset he is to the UPS store experience ! He personally helped me manage a machine that I was not prepared to operate. I got my copies done, sorted, and packed flat in very little time. What an efficient young man ! The parking lot is ample but can be a bit precarious and busy as it shares spaces with several other stores. Thank you UPS store ! Thank you, Avesh ! !
