No commission, no pushy sales people and we got to walk around the showroom. Sitting on couches, chairs, we enjoyed our time and ended up purchasing two chairs and recliner set the same day! Prices are so much better than Ashley's and Rooms to go! This will by my go to place.

This was my first visit into your store and was so impressed by the pocketbook friendly prices. I walked in with the notion of not purchasing nothing while searching for a swivel extra large comfortable chair. We were approached by Jeremy, who was awesome in helping me to find the right chair that was at a comfortable height, firm yet not brick hard cushioning,with a soft beautiful fabric which, was below my wiggled room budget lol. Your store has such a welcoming environment where the sales team allowed browsing without the feeling of being harassed. Picking up my hidden jem of a chair a day later from the warehouse was friendly, easy and efficient.

Alex at the Alliance Store (Store #27) helped my mother-in-law choose her couches, and he was so patient and kind throughout the entire process. He took the time to find the perfect set with a texture that’s great for kids and dogs. His professionalism and care made the experience so easy and enjoyable — truly excellent customer service!

Nichole quickly responded to my request for help. I found an "as is" floor model parts of which weren't marked with tags. she had to go to the back and do a lot of checking to make sure what the prices were. She returned and provided excellent information very efficiently and accurately. Calvin & Al from Lugg did all the heavy lifting and got it home today before dinner! Wonderful experience!

We enjoyed our experience purchasing a couch at Living Spaces. I had done research online and walked in to see the couch in person and sit on it. We were greeted at the door and directed to where the couch was as well as told that the sales associates don’t work on commissions. A sales associate was working with another couple but that gave us time to sit on the couch before committing to purchasing. Once she was finished she explained the purchase process, extra protection coverage and delivery information. Everything was quick and we scheduled delivery for the next day. The couch was just delivered and the process was quick and easy as well. All around a great experience.
