He is easily one of my favourite human beings in the entire world. Coach Fitz is a living legend, and everyone in the region needs to appreciate and respect him because he has done so much for the community in terms of turning boys into men along with providing for the less fortunate. Nobody sees or appreciates his efforts because he is a selfless individual who doesn't look for fame and instead just wants to help others. Through teaching principles of discipline along with having a good character, Coach Fitz is able to instill confidence in young men and show them that they can depend on themselves in this tough world we live in. I appreciate him for taking me in like a son back in covid and instilling those same teachings to me throughout the years. I am 29 and just learned recently that I can depend on myself, so it is never too late to learn valuable life skills. You just need a good mentor and teacher like Coach Fitz, and your children will gain valuable life skills in no time. As for the actual training benefits individuals of any age can gain at the Whip Boxing Academy, this goes without question. I recommend you try one class and I am sure you will be completely committed and convinced.
