It's been a long while since I've been to Masako's Yin + Meditation class and I didn't know how badly I needed it. Thank you! I feel so much better afterwards and the pain in my right shoulder has gone away!
Highly recommend The Yoga Common Livestream classes to anyone who cannot attend in studio. The instructors show care and attention to us at home and it's the next best thing to being there in person. Even tho there's a lot of on demand classes out there, I find livestreaming scheduled classes keeps my daily practice on track. Appreciate that Yoga Common classes are offered all day for the 9-5 working folks as well as having the chance to practice with high quality instructors 🙏
absolutely love this place, relaxing energy, great staff, clean facilities and great props. reminds me of how yoga studios used to be before some places overcomplicated. yoga common has preserved the fact that yoga is your own practice and a class is to be enjoyed however you will feel best. all levels should try out this studio- offers virtual classes too, highly recommend.
I signed up for the 2 weekend beginner sessions and loved it. This was my first time doing yoga and I felt like the instructor was patient, kind, and supportive. It was a good workout but also relaxing at the beginning Bc and end. Not at all like many of the other snobby seeming yoga studios I considered going to. I’ll definitely be going back more.
My yoga home! This yoga studio is a local gem in Manhattan Midtown East, and I am so grateful that it exists. The teachers are absolutely amazing. The trial membership lets us explore different types of classes as there are various styles and levels. I highly recommend! I walk out feeling much better about everything every time I come in for a class.
